Experimental software
The DragHold contract has not had an independent audit. It is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. It may have bugs that cause loss of money. Do not put in money you cannot afford to lose completely.
Not an offer, not advice
This site explains token buyback pools. It does not recommend buying any token or promise a profit. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. No return is promised, directly or indirectly. If you act as a backer, you put money at risk, and you may not get it back.
Irreversible actions
Selling a token into a pool burns it: it is destroyed for good and cannot be returned. The platform fee is taken when a pool is made and is never returned. A pool cannot be cancelled, even before it opens. Under the current code, unused USDC can return only after expiry or when the pool buys all its tokens. Returning it needs a close transaction.
Regulatory uncertainty
Crypto service, promotion, securities, money transfer, sanctions and tax rules may apply. They differ by country and by how a service operates. This notice does not establish that DragHold may operate in your country. Anonymous operation and smart contracts do not remove legal duties. Do not use DragHold where your use is prohibited.
Custody
Pool money is kept in vaults controlled by program addresses that have no private key. The current code has no admin withdrawal instruction. However, the owner retains unrestricted authority to upgrade the program. An upgrade can change the rules, including access to funds. The platform's treasury only holds the platform fees it has earned. The program is not immutable. The admin can pause sales while pool expiry times continue.
Prices and payment risks
A pool price is a limited buyback offer. It does not keep the market price from falling. Other sellers may use the remaining capacity first. Buying tokens does not reserve a sale into a pool. Swaps and pool sales are separate actions. Fees, delays, failed transactions, wallet errors and bugs can cause loss.
USDC is issued by a third party. It may lose value against the US dollar, and issuer restrictions or freezes may prevent transfers. Wallets, RPC providers and swap services have their own risks. Token names, logos and links do not mean that their owners endorse DragHold.
Data and privacy
This site stores graphics preferences in your browser. It has no built-in advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served by this site. This site's hosting provider and the services you use may process your IP address and request data.
The main site reads public blockchain data through an RPC provider. Token searches, reference prices and market quotes may be requested from Jupiter. Token icons and external links can contact other websites. Demo pool data and Demo token search use local examples; the Guide can load public market references if you choose real tokens.
Connecting a wallet shares its public address with this page. Blockchain activity is public and cannot be erased by this site. Never give this site a private key or recovery phrase. Operator contact details, hosting data practices and applicable privacy rights must be finalized before a live financial launch. This development notice is not a complete privacy policy or terms of service.
No relationship
